ERA Consulting Group announced a $7.5 million investment in its integrated management solution for funeral businesses, Funeral 365. An initial deposit of $5 million has been secured and the approval for a second tranche of $2.5 million is in place. This investment aims to:

• Release version 1.1 update, with minor improvements to such modules as pre-arrangement contract, funeral contract, cemetery contract, planning of transfers, ceremonies, laboratory, and improvements to management tools, tasks and documents for all employees involved in supporting families

• Integrate customer portal, approval management and reporting tools through Microsoft Power Platform suite

• Enable development of an Express version allowing rapid, turnkey deployment to funeral homes, transport companies, cemeteries, laboratories or independent crematoriums

• Set up collaboration center (the hub) to facilitate interaction between these different stakeholders

• Enable hiring and training of experienced resources required to support the planned growth.
