As NFDA previously announced, eligible association members elected the following individuals to serve as officers on the Board of Directors for the 2022-23 term: President-elect Douglas R. "Dutch" Nie II; Treasurer Christopher Payne Robinson; and Secretary Daniel J. Ford. Additionally, members voted in favor of proposed changes to the NFDA Bylaws – changes that would make future NFDA elections even more fair. 
 
During the election, which lasted from August 1 through August 14, a total of 1,404 votes were cast by eligible voting members. In an effort to be fully transparent, it is NFDA’s policy to release the number of votes cast in each state to association members and state association executives. The data can be found online at www.nfda.org/Elections.
